Reliable Child Care began in 2006 by Erica Rampersad, as basement childcare, created to care for her own children. What started as a small, personal childcare space has grown over the years into multi-location centers, all while keeping the warmth, attention, and care of a family-run business at the heart of everything we do.
As we approach our 20-year anniversary in 2026, we celebrate not only the expansion of our centers but also the lasting relationships we’ve built with the children, families, and communities we serve. Our journey reflects dedication, trust, and the simple principle that quality childcare begins with love, attention, and commitment. Every step of our growth has been guided by a desire to create safe, nurturing environments where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to explore the world around them.

Who We Are
Reliable Child Care was founded in June 2007 in Cortlandt Manor, New York, by Erica Rampersad.
From the beginning, we set out to do things differently by creating a space that fosters early learning in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Our programs support children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, allowing them to explore, discover, and grow with confidence.
We have since expanded to Spring, Texas, bringing our high-quality childcare and early education programs to local families. Our innovative approach helps children develop emotional intelligence, build friendships, and develop a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
