Assistant Infant Teacher

We're currently on the lookout for a high-energy, fun, outgoing, and friendly person to join us as an Assistant Infant Teacher.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with creating lesson plans and creating organized and structured activities for children ranging in age from 0 to 18 months of age.

We are looking for someone able to collaborate and work in harmony with others in a high-energy environment, fun, outgoing, friendly, and organized, able to participate fully in activities with the children, help keep the classroom clean, and the kids occupied with learning through play.

We're on the lookout for candidates who have the following:

✅ GED/ A.S or B.S Degree/ CDA credentials

✅Must be at least 18 years of age

✅3+ years experience in a similar role with children less than 12 years old

✅Able to lift children up to 25 lb

✅Must complete a current physical and TB test

✅Fingerprinting, and criminal history background checks to be completed.

✅A commitment to delivering high-quality care along with a willingness to learn!

As an Infant Assistant Teacher, your duties and responsibilities include:

⭐Experience working with young children and managing a classroom

⭐Apply best practices in structured indoor and outdoor lesson plans that include Sign Language Instruction and Spanish Language Immersion to promote hands-on curriculum, cognitive and physical development, executive function, social & emotional development, creative expression, and language & literacy development. 

⭐Ensure diaper changing and potty training are performed in conjunction with sanitizing procedures every 2 hours.

⭐Excellent communication skills as well as strong organizational and time-management skills

⭐Able to apply best practices in structured indoor and outdoor lesson plans

⭐The ability to understand and adhere to the policies and practices of the business 

⭐Able to complete a full background check!

Lead Infant Teacher

We're looking for a high energy, enthusiastic Lead Infant Teacher to join the Reliable Child Care Team!

Our ideal candidate is a high-energy, fun, outgoing, friendly, and organized person to be a full participant in activities with the children, help keep the classroom cleaned and the kids occupied while still learning!

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

➡ You will be expected to create lesson plans and organize structures activities for children in our setting.

➡You will support staff and contribute to a positive team environment

➡ Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc.

Receptionist / Admin Assistant

At Reliable Child Care, we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team!

This is a part-time position, and we are excited to offer a supportive, collaborative work environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping our childcare center running smoothly. 😊 The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, be tech-savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheets.

We’re on the lookout for candidates who have the following:

✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✅ A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication abilities

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and spreadsheets

✅ Previous experience in a childcare or customer service setting (preferred, but not required)

✅ A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

✅ Must be at least 18 years of age

✅ Willingness to learn and contribute to a team

Responsibilities:

➡ Greet and welcome children, parents, and clients with a warm and professional demeanor

➡ Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling efficiently

➡ Maintain organized records and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and spreadsheets

➡ Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence

➡ Work effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations

➡ Distribute walkie-talkies to staff to maintain smooth communication throughout the day

➡ Oversee outdoor playtime, ensuring children’s safety and engagement

➡ Assist the Jr. Pre-K and Toddler groups daily with hands-on support

➡ Monitor staff-to-child ratios

➡ Maintain positive relationships with families and team members to foster a welcoming environment
